Legal & Financial Compliance Executive

  • Assist in internal compliance reviews and audits; prepare and update risk and compliance related manuals

  • Execute the annual compliance plan under the direction of the compliance director

  • Monitor and report any suspicious transactions

  • Recognise common compliance vulnerabilities and recommend basic compliance controls to mitigate compliance risks

 

Employee Benefits & Commercial General Insurance Specialist

  • Assist lead adviser with preparing and presenting employee benefit and general insurance solutions to corporate clients

  • Responsible for preparing and updating presentation decks, employee benefit handbooks and summaries

  • Handle claims processing and liaise with general insurance partners to ensure prompt response and payouts

  • Keep abreast of latest general insurance products and assist other advisers in purchasing or servicing clients on their general insurance policies

 

Digital Marketing Specialist

  • Help strategise the company's digital marketing efforts

  • Help plan the editorial calendar, and create engaging content that is SEO-optimised across our social media channels

  • Work with the content writers to create clickable headlines and story angles

  • Come up with strong narratives and campaigns that can engage our target markets

 

Operations & Platform Support Executive

  • Process new business submissions and carrying out anti-money laundering checks for new and existing clients

  • Liaise with our partners for placing of business as well as resolving any issues with new or existing cases

  • Manage and handle client's queries on their portfolios, policies or other business placed with us

  • Manage day-to-day operational matters of our investment platform and liaising with the custodian

  • Take the initiative to improve and optimise our systems, trouble-shoot and prepare standard operating procedures

 

Para-planner & Client Support Executive

  • Attend client meetings together with the lead advisor, assist in taking notes and managing client documentation

  • Prepare financial reports, plans and presentations for client meetings as well as assist in client queries

  • Take the initiative in continuously engaging the client with relevant content (produced by company), anticipate needs and carry out research to seek solutions for discussion with the lead adviser

  • Willing to acquire new knowledge, and within 12 months passing the relevant Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Services (CMFAS) Examinations

 

Fintech & Information Technology Specialist

  • Assess, design and develop new computer software for business application, web and multimedia systems

  • Manage software testing, validation and deployment procedures.

  • Debug, evaluate, modify and refine existing software to adapt to new requirements

  • Seek ways to optimise and improve our systems and processes
