Tan Sok Lee

Sok Lee holds an Honours degree in Mechanical and Production Engineering from the National University of Singapore, as well as an MBA in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University. Prior to joining the financial advisory industry, Sok Lee worked for 8 years in the manufacturing sector, specialising in materials and production planning as well as quality assurance. Her experience includes running a department with 500 workers, as well as being responsible for its profit and loss. These laid the foundation for building her key skills in process control and prudent budgeting.

Sok Lee entered the financial advisory business in 1994, achieving quick success in qualifying for the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) for 4 successive years. She later assumed the position of Human Resource and Finance Director for GYC Organisation and its companies.

In GYC Financial Advisory, she is the director overall in-charge of human resources and finance. Her core skills in process control and finance are utilised in helping GYC streamline its internal processes, as well as in the strict control of company finances.

Sok Lee is a fully licensed Financial Adviser Representative. She is qualified to market and advise on life and health insurance, collective investment schemes, and personal and commercial general insurance. She currently also oversees the team advising companies on their employee benefits and general insurance needs.
