Terms and Conditions

Promotion Overview

1.1 The Maximiser Returns and Rewards Promotion ("Promotion") runs from 24 August 2026 to 5 October 2026, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").

1.2 The Promotion offers eligible participants the opportunity to receive one or more rewards ("Reward(s)") upon investing qualifying Fresh Funds with GYC during the Promotion Period, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

1.3 By participating in this Promotion, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1.4 GYC reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend, substitute or discontinue this Promotion, or amend these Terms & Conditions, at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility

2.1 The Promotion is open to individuals who: are aged 21 years or above; are Singapore citizens, permanent residents or tax residents of Singapore; are new or existing clients of GYC who open or top up an Eligible Account during the Promotion Period; and invest a minimum of S$200,000 in qualifying Fresh Funds with GYC during the Promotion Period.

2.2 An "Eligible Account" refers to a managed and/or discretionary portfolio with GYC that is subject to GYC's standard recurring management fees, which may be deducted from the capital invested in the portfolio.

2.3 A minimum total qualifying investment of S$200,000 is required to receive a Reward under this Promotion.

Definition of Fresh Funds

3.1 Fresh Funds refers to new assets introduced into GYC during the Promotion Period that do not originate from: existing portfolios managed by GYC; transfers between accounts under the same beneficial owner or related parties; or withdrawals and subsequent re-deposits into any GYC account during the Promotion Period.

3.2 GYC will determine, at its discretion, whether funds qualify as Fresh Funds for the purposes of this Promotion.

Reward Eligibility and Selection

4.1 Eligible participants who invest a minimum of S$200,000 in qualifying Fresh Funds during the Promotion Period may select Reward(s) based on their total qualifying investment amount, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

4.2 Participants may choose either one Reward from the Reward tier corresponding to their total qualifying investment amount, or a combination of Rewards from lower Reward tiers, provided that the combined qualifying investment amounts corresponding to the selected Rewards do not exceed their total qualifying investment amount.

For example, a participant with a total qualifying investment amount of S$600,000 may choose one Reward from the S$600,000 tier, or one Reward from the S$400,000 tier and one Reward from the S$200,000 tier.

4.3 No cash or other compensation will be provided for any unused balance between the participant's total qualifying investment amount and the combined qualifying investment amounts corresponding to the selected Rewards.

4.4 Each participant is entitled to receive Reward(s) corresponding to the highest qualifying investment tier achieved, subject to the Reward selection and combination rules set out in these Terms & Conditions.

4.5 Rewards will be fulfilled approximately two months after the end of the Promotion Period, subject to eligibility verification and fulfilment of these Terms & Conditions.

5.1 Rewards are subject to availability. If a selected Reward is unavailable, GYC reserves the right to substitute it with another Reward of comparable value.

5.2 Certain Rewards may require collection, booking, reservation or redemption, and may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant third-party provider. Participants are responsible for complying with such requirements and terms.

General Conditions

6.1 Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6.2 GYC reserves the right to verify eligibility and conduct any checks it considers necessary before confirming eligibility or fulfilling any Reward.

6.3 GYC shall not be liable for any delay, disruption, or inability to fulfil Rewards arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including issues involving third-party vendors or service providers.

6.4 Participation in this Promotion does not constitute financial advice, a recommendation to invest, or a guarantee of investment returns. All investments carry risk, and the value of investments may rise or fall.

6.5 GYC's decisions relating to the Promotion shall be final.

Data Privacy

7.1 Personal data collected in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with GYC's Privacy Policy.

7.2 Client information may be shared with appointed vendors, service providers, or programme partners where reasonably necessary for the administration of the Promotion and fulfilment of Rewards.

7.3 GYC will take reasonable steps to ensure that appointed vendors, service providers, and programme partners handle personal data appropriately and confidentially.
