1. Promotion Period 

1.1 This promotion (“Promotion”) runs from 16 February 2026 to 8 March 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

1.2 GYC reserves the right to amend, shorten, extend, suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time, without prior notice or reason.

2. Eligibility  

2.1 The Promotion is open to individuals who meet all of the following criteria: 

  • Possess liquid assets of at least S$1 million; 

  • Are Singapore citizens, permanent residents, or tax residents of Singapore;  

  • Are Non-U.S. persons; 

  • Are existing or new clients of GYC, who maintain or open an account with GYC; and 

  • Are individuals aged 21 or above who are able to deposit Fresh Funds (as defined below). 

3. Definition of Fresh Funds 

3.1 “Fresh Funds” refers to new assets introduced into GYC during the Promotion Period that do not originate from: 

  • Existing portfolios managed by GYC; 

  • Transfers between accounts under the same beneficial owner or related parties; or  

  • Withdrawals and subsequent re-deposits into any GYC account during the Promotion Period. 

3.2 For existing clients, all Fresh Fund deposits made during the Promotion Period can be aggregated as a single amount (e.g. S$2 million on Day 1 and S$3 million on Day 8 can be combined as S$5 million, entitling the client to a bonus of S$50,000 – refer to Section 4).

4. Investment Bonus Rewards Structure 

4.1 Eligible participants who deposit Fresh Funds during the Promotion Period will receive an investment bonus (“Bonus”) based on the qualifying deposit amount. The Bonus will be added 1 month after the end of the Promotion Period or the extended promotion period, whichever occurs later.

4.2 To remain eligible for the Promotion and the associated Bonus, the investment is required to be maintained for a minimum period of 3 years from the date of deposit, as further described in Section 6.

4.3 The Bonus will be credited in accordance with the following structure:

4.4 The maximum Bonus payable per participant under this Promotion is capped at S$50,000.

5. Participation Rules 

5.1 Each eligible participant is entitled to receive 1 Bonus only under this Promotion.

5.2 This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other GYC promotions, campaigns, or offers.

6. Investment Period & Reward Details 

6.1 Managed and/or Discretionary Portfolio (Fresh Funds)

All Fresh Funds will be held in a newly opened account. The funds must be invested in a Managed and/or Discretionary portfolio; to which the standard recurring advisory fees apply.  

To remain eligible for the Promotion and the associated Bonus, Fresh Funds must be maintained for a minimum period of 3 years from the date of deposit (the “Initial Maintenance Period”).  

During this Initial Maintenance Period, participants may choose to make withdrawals, transfers, or reductions from the Managed and/or Discretionary portfolio. However, any such actions will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus, and any returns generated from the Bonus. Should the participant choose to close the account, they will receive the prevailing market value of the portfolio.  

Upon completion of the Initial Maintenance Period, partial withdrawals may be made without affecting Bonus eligibility, provided that from Year 4 through Year 12 following the date of deposit, the portfolio balance is maintained at no less than S$1 million at all times.* 

*Excluding reductions in account value resulting solely from market movements.  

6.2 CNY: Horse Account (Bonus & Returns) 

Any Bonus awarded under this Promotion will be credited into a separate newly opened account under the participant’s name (“CNY: Horse Account”). The investment allocation shall be at the sole discretion of GYC. 

All amounts held in the CNY: Horse Account, the Bonus and any returns therefrom, are subject to a lock-in period of 12 years or until the next Horse Zodiac cycle, whichever occurs later.  

Withdrawals, transfers, or access to funds in the CNY: Horse Account will only be permitted upon completion of this lock-in period. 

6.3 Conditions for Bonus Entitlement

Entitlement to the Bonus and all returns generated from the Bonus is conditional upon the participant satisfying both of the following requirements: 

  • Completion of the Initial Maintenance Period of 3 years for the Managed and/or Discretionary portfolio; and 

  • Continuous maintenance of the minimum portfolio balance of S$1 million from Year 4 through Year 12, excluding reductions attributable solely to market-related fluctuations.  

Failure to satisfy any of the above conditions will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and any returns generated from the Bonus. 

6.4 Early Withdrawal & Forfeiture 

In the event of any early withdrawal, termination, or reduction of the investment for any reason, including personal or unforeseen circumstances, the participant shall receive only the prevailing market value of the portfolio. 

The Bonus and any returns generated from the Bonus shall be forfeited in full, and GYC reserves the right to reverse or withhold the Bonus accordingly. 

  

7. Verification & Compliance  

7.1 GYC reserves the right to conduct verification checks, due diligence, and internal assessments before confirming any participant’s eligibility.

7.2 If GYC, in its sole discretion, suspects any irregularity, malpractice, or breach of these Terms & Conditions, it may disqualify the participant and/or reverse any credited Bonus without prior notice.

 

8. General Conditions 

8.1 Bonuses are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or other benefits.

8.2 GYC’s decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion, including eligibility, Fresh Funds qualification, and Bonus allocation, shall be final and binding.

8.3 GYC will exercise reasonable care in administering the Promotion but shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including system or technical issues, acts or omissions of third parties, or events such as natural disasters, regulatory changes, or market disruptions.

8.4 Nothing in these terms shall be construed as an offer, recommendation, or solicitation to buy or sell any financial product. Participants acknowledge that all investments involve risk, including the possible loss of principal.

8.5 By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  

9. Data Privacy 

9.1 By participating in this Promotion, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data by GYC for the purpose of administering and verifying eligibility for this Promotion, in accordance with GYC’s Privacy Policy. 

9.2 Participants may withdraw their consent at any time by contacting GYC; however, such withdrawal may render the participant ineligible for the Promotion.
