GYC has its roots in an Organisation established in the late 1980s, which has steadily grown to become one of the leading providers of financial services in Singapore. The company embarked on the expansion of services during the mid-90s, becoming one of Singapore’s pioneers in Comprehensive Financial Planning. We are pleased to have helped shape the industry through our training, feedback, and public speaking engagements during the formative years of the financial planning industry in Singapore. The Organisation has left its indelible mark in many financial institutions, industry associations, established banks and well known entities in the market place.
Today, GYC is the fruit of more than a decade of vision and leadership. Our firm belief is to remain relevant to the market and times. We are geared to the times but anchored to a creed that we must always provide the best solutions to our clients.
GYC was incorporated in 1998 to provide our customers with a one-stop financial services centre. It was not until 2003 when the Financial Advisers Act (FAA) was implemented, that GYC made a bold decision to transform into a totally independent entity to better serve our customers. In that year, GYC was granted the Financial Advisers Licence by MAS, and continued on our journey of steady expansion and service excellence. We delivered a creditable maiden-year performance, proving our value to clients and partners. As commented by market watchers, fund managers and product providers, GYC is a “force to be reckoned with” and “will be at the frontier of the financial advisory industry in Singapore”.
We remain dedicated and committed to the advancement of Singapore’s finance industry and community. We are also casting our eyes beyond our shores to tap into the regional market.
